When the floating button hides

FLOATING BUTTON

The button only shows where it can do something.

It hides

  • Over menus and other screens: NOTE's menus, the page overview, Files, Settings, and other apps. It goes within a couple of seconds and comes back when you return to your page.
  • While the panel is open. It comes back when you close it.
  • Sideways: with the device turned to landscape (90° or 270°). Hitbox zones on the page do not work sideways either (Part 9).

It does not appear at all

  • Straight after installing or updating Modulanner. Open the panel once and allow file access; the button appears when you close it. Without that permission no hitbox zone can work, so it stays hidden rather than doing nothing.
  • When the device will not let it. Options, Floating button then says so. Your hitbox zones stay switched on, as they were before the floating button existed.
