Adding your calendar
CALENDAR
A calendar link is about 110 characters of random-looking text. Typing that on an e-ink keyboard is miserable, and you would not find out you had mistyped it until a sync failed. So the recommended route is a file.
The easy way — import a file
-
On a computer, get the private iCal address from your calendar:
- Google — Settings → your calendar → Secret address in iCal format
- Outlook — Settings → Calendar → Shared calendars → Publish
- iCloud — right-click the calendar → Share Calendar → Public
-
Paste it into a plain text file, one calendar per line:
Work|https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/…/basic.ics Family|https://…The name before the
|is just a label. A bare link on its own line works too, and lines starting with#are ignored. -
Move the file to your Supernote — Partner sync, Browse & Access, or any cloud folder the device can see.
-
On the device: Calendar → Find calendar file, then tap the file.
Modulanner only lists files that actually contain calendar links, so an unrelated note will not show up.
Typing it by hand
If you would rather type it, Or type a link by hand is at the bottom of the Calendars page. It works — it is just the slower, more error-prone route.
After importing
Delete the text file when you are done. Modulanner offers this in one tap right after a successful import.
Treat the link like a password
A private calendar address lets anyone who has it read your calendar. Don't post it, and don't leave the text file in a synced folder longer than you need to. Modulanner stores it on the device without encryption, so someone with access to your unlocked Supernote could read it back.
