Getting your appointments onto a page

CALENDAR

Two steps of one job: Sync fetches the latest appointments from the internet, Import writes them onto the page you are on.

Steps

  1. Open the planner page you want filled in — a daily, weekly or monthly page.

  2. Calendar → Calendars → Sync, to fetch.

  3. Import, to write them onto the page.

The panel closes while it works, then reopens to tell you what it did. On a full month this takes a few seconds.

Which dates does it use?

The page's own date. A page dated August means you get August — you do not pick anything.

If the page has no planner date, Modulanner asks which dates to import instead of refusing. You pick a day, week or month and it uses that.

Picking a date does not adopt the page

Answering that question imports onto the page once; it does not give the page a date of its own. So a page used this way asks again next time, and its time slots stay untappable.

To give a page a real date, use Setup → Anchor this page to today, or create pages the normal way — from a navigation zone, the date picker, or Pre-create pages.

Re-importing

Safe to run as often as you like. A re-import replaces the previous appointments rather than stacking a second copy on top.

Your handwriting is never touched. Only the appointment text Modulanner wrote itself is replaced — anything you wrote inside a slot survives.

Doing it without the panel

A Sync Calendar zone can be mapped like any other, so a single tap on your page fetches and imports in one go. See Part 1.
